Main responsibilities :

  • To perform proactive sale management including business development, strategic sale pitch and relationship management activities in order to enhance revenues generated to the Bank.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction and client retention. Optimizes risks and minimizes expected loss, as well as operational costs through various types of products / services of the Bank in accordance to the Bank s Code of Conducts and BOT’s Operational Standards.

  • To manage the credit approval process and ensures quality (data quality included) and timely review of the existing transactions.
  • Provides leadership in customer advice and negotiations.

    analysis on sufficiency of requested facility, financial and risk analysis. Identify lending opportunities, appropriate loan structure and recommend financial solutions to borrowers in timely manner

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing / credit analysis experience in a leading bank or financial institutions.
  • Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, drive and integrity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
