Basic Function :
Responsible for the efficient operation of Baan Turtle main kitchens.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Preparation of food for private rooms, lobby, take away and other assigned areas.
2. Liase and assist guest chefs.
3. Responsible for stewarding and work closely with T01 Patronage together to ensure highest possible hygiene standards.
4. Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
5. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
6. Manage and train kitchen staff and stewarding
7. Be able to manage front and back of the house and assist with all positions
8. Comply with and enforce all sanitation regulations and safety standards
9. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
1. Strong in English communication
2. Food & Beverage experience
3. Good in inter-personality and creative skill
