Develop business opportunities with new customers and maintaining existing customers.
Develop and maintain customers relationship
Initiates and coordinates development of action plan to penetrate new market such as seed company, flower company, sugarmill factory, big leader farmer.
Create farmer meeting and visit big leader farmer to promote Yara product especially in field crop.
Create crop clinic event with dealer and sub dealer to support sales volume.
Responsible for the sales performance and activity performance.
Any gender age not over 30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science or similar
At least 3-year working experience in similar roles and industry
Fair command of written and spoken English
