  • Develop business opportunities with new customers and maintaining existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain customers relationship
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plan to penetrate new market such as seed company, flower company, sugarmill factory, big leader farmer.
  • Create farmer meeting and visit big leader farmer to promote Yara product especially in field crop.
  • Create crop clinic event with dealer and sub dealer to support sales volume.
  • Responsible for the sales performance and activity performance.
  • Profile

  • Any gender age not over 30 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science or similar
  • At least 3-year working experience in similar roles and industry
  • Fair command of written and spoken English
