Main responsibilities :
Perform and support all duties related to ME Place and ME Road show day-to-day activities and services, processes new account transactions and customer request, assisting customers to use product and cross-selling the Bank’s products and services (as assigned), clerical duties, promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer experience and referring customers to appropriate services
Perform tasks assigned by superior
Bachelor degree of related fields
Experience of at least 1 year in a branch or customer service position in a banking, financial or telecommunication business
Excellent communication & comprehension & explanation skill
Good temper control, positive attitude
Fast learner. Be able to use internet & smart phone application well
Healthy, able to stand for long service hours ( 5 hours consecutively a day)
Enthusiasm and self motivation for service mind
Have a creative and initiative mind
Have a good human relations & team work
Able to working outside the workplace all the time
