Main responsibilities :

Strategic Business Development

  • Develop in-depth understanding and assessment of the industry and client’s business, financials and banking needs in order to identify lending opportunities and recommend financial solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Structure and discuss appropriate lending products and terms with RM and attend client calls and meetings in order to provide financial solutions suited to customers’ need
  • Strategy and Policy Compliance

  • Implement and advise RM on lending policies
  • provide discussion with RM and be involved in the client account planning for mutual understanding of the Wholesale strategy in relation to LSPG
  • Account Monitoring

  • Closely follow the market and industry and be able to detect early warning signals of a client
  • Closely follow the client’s business and financial performance and maintain client contact in a regular manner and site visit at least once a year
  • Sign-off on all facility utilisation requests including rollovers and be involved on all aspects of the daily operational duties of the account
  • Ensure full compliance of approval terms and covenants at all times
  • Prepare annual review in a timely manner
  • Transaction Execution

  • Prepare Green Light proposal and full credit package (reviews, modifications, waivers) including write-up on financial and risk analysis in conjunction with RM and by contacting the client to gather relevant information
  • Discuss with Credit Underwriter and manage the approval process
  • Follow up and discuss with clients on approval conditions
  • Prepare and manage the documentation process (including negotiation with clients, discussions with legal and Risk Management) and sign-off on documentation
  • Data Quality Management

  • Provide clean data quality in order to provide accurate portfolio information and calculation of Ecap, RWA, RAROC for management decision
  • Ensure data captured in the system (facility data, client data) are correct through regular checking of system reports
  • Qualifications :

  • University / Master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate credit analysis experience in a leading bank or financial institutions.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills (including financial modeling and cash flow projections).
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
