As Customer Executive or Customer Manager Pharmaceutical Professional, you will be responsible for aligning customer segments and leverage service to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan.
You will also manage the resource allocation within the brands based on customer insight and leading execution across the brand teams.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :
Develop short and long term execution directions and plan for portfolio of assigned products based on customer insights , market intelligence and competitor activities.
Formulate and evaluate marketing strategies and aligned from Global strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager , Head of Sales , Business Unit Director , Commercial Excellence , Portfolio Manager and Medical team to develop Annual Business Plan.
Adopt global marketing activity / communication and develop local marketing activity base on local situations, problems and customer insights.
Find the opportunities of products base on customer insight by customer field visit , Peer to Peer in field.
Adopt / Develop marketing activities and communication through digital channel and others to draw healthcare professional and disease awareness campaign.
Build up key customers database and speakers pool to endorse product and patient benefits.
Conduct internal product / disease knowledge training for sales teams and external product presentation
Ensure all activities are complied with FDA, industry Code of Conduct (PReMA) and company standards (SOP)
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Sciences
Legally to work in Thailand
At least 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing - proven track record in a marketing environment
Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Sciences (MBA is a plus)
Service / Customer oriented
Experience in multichannel marketing
Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
Excellence in execution of prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Strategic thinking, marketing minded, self-driven, business acumen and good presentation skills
Good command of English and PC skills
