Responsibilities and Tasks
Assist in the facilitation of the core training modules including Basic trainings, Seasonal trainings, and various follow-
Participate in various developmental trainings and propose innovative ideas and concepts per respective regions.
Assess the effectiveness of the training initiatives through the evaluation of the Make-up Artists on regular basis to identify coaching opportunities through regular feedback and reporting and conduct strategic follow-up coaching to ensure successful roll out of training initiative.
Keep track on regional trends and customer profile to develop and accommodate training methods to improve the standard of How-To artistry skills of Make-up Artist, and prepare more effective trainings to improve business performance and customer service
Collaborate with Account Coordinators and Area Sales Manager to develop in-store trainings for new products and provide support for theme days / counter events.
Participate in counter events if necessary, or any projects assigns by the Education Management Team
Provide selling tips, link-selling / cross-selling skills and cultural differences per respective regions for new and existing products to enhance sales performance.
Monitor competitors’ new products to provide more updated comparison information.
Ensure consistency in the customer experience through the execution of the Make-Up Artist Certification Programme, following target guidelines issued by the Global Education.
Support and develop Make-Up Artists to ensure that they have the skills required to successfully achieve brand KPI’s as outlined by Brand Management Team as well as the Education Management Team
To maintain personal grooming to the standards as set by the Brand & Organisation. Only Brand products are to be used during working hours
To upkeep the brand image by ensuring merchandising and display at the counter are according to Brand’s
guidelines whenever the Field Trainer is in store
Passionate about Beauty and some experience in conducting classroom training will be preferred otherwise, willing to learn
Possessed Make-Up Artistry certification
Good attitude and enjoys interaction and communication
Good spoken English would be an advantage as the training will be conducted in English
Energetic and self-driven & motivated
Willing to travel within Thailand up to 30%-40%
