Job Summary :
Develop and deliver the innovative business processes and customer experience to achieve the business goals by providing the suitable business solution and practical technology with Customer Experience (CX) perspective on wide range of Retail Banking processes.
Main responsibilities :
Manage and execute the project throughout the Project Life Cycle; Project Planning & Initiation, Business Requirements, Project Execution, Closure and Roll out Procedures
Ensure the deliverables on each phase are delivered with quality and aligned to the business directions and strategy.
Able to well communicate, present and coordinate the project tasks, content, and messages, among the team members as well as project stakeholders on the different levels.
Able to produce the comprehensive artefacts, documents, and presentations for the project and the development activities.
Define and understand as-is business process on the different aspect; operational, financial, risks, technology related, etc.
Able to design and innovate the efficient and effective to-be business process by incorporating business directions, customer experience, and target operating model.
Develop guideline, policies, procedure for new process and operations
Identify the root causes of the process bottleneck
Postive and open-minded in nature
Master Degree in Business IT, Technology Management, Innovation Management, Engineering, Process, Architect, Product / Process Design, or Operational Management
Result oriented, Open minded, Self-Motivated, and Fast Learner
