As IE, you will work for capacity planning, equipment allocationand cost reduction. You will focuson factory capacity to meet demand, maximize utilization and support thebusiness strategic plan for Capacity Enterprise ramp in THO.
You will providefactory cost efficiency roadmap with YOY target. You will be a part of teammember to optimize Overall Equipment Efficiency and Cost of operating.
You willsupport new technology cost take down direction and deploy innovative analyticstechnique to drive cost saving and Productivity gain.
Also, you will driveoperation standard and develop performance dashboard for this factory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Plan Capacity for SF / Test / HGA. Acquisitionequipment to support capacity plan for SF / HGA / HSA
CapacityPlan per Demand ramp
Allocate equipment capacity per requirement
Coordinateon Activity to support daily / weekly plan
Coordinate on capacity related such as newprocess, modify or change of process
Manage capacity to support MPS / R8Q and provideopportunity
Provide and work on OEE (Overall EquipmentEffectiveness)
Drive cost reduction project throughout thesite
Cost structure analysis
Provide standard on LHPU (Labor hour perunit), MCT (Mfg. Cycle Time), Line Balancing and all other standards
Ensure commonality / standardization among sameprocesses / system within related manufacturing sites.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications REQUIRED :
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
A minimum 0-8 years of experience working in thefactory environment
Advanced skills in MS Offices and MS Project
Good command of written and spoken English
Previous experience in Planning and Executionin IE jobs in the factory environment
Previous experience in Cost reduction, Coststructure analysis
AUTOCAD, Minitab, and Simulation will be an advantage
Demonstrated understanding of general business
Excellent written and oral communication,interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly developrelationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people andpersonalities, at all levels within an organization
Self-motivated with the ability to effectivelymulti-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong active listening skills with theability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs
Ability to make clear, logical decisions basedon facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short termeffects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidentialand sensitive issues
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistentpositive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts ofothers
