General Purpose : -
The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining financial, accounting and administrative in order to meet legislative requirements.
He / she reports to the Financial Supervisor and is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
Male / Female, Thai nationality
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking, Accountancy or any related fields from an accredited university,
Exposure to one or more computerized accounting packages
Some knowledge of financial models will be an advantage
Able to work under supervised and develop the job and work well under deadline.
Hard working, good attitude and willing to learn new things.
Good command in English for both speaking and writing.
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Experience working with power plant will be advantages.
Strong leadership, proactive, solutions-thinking and innovative approach.
Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, E-mail and Internet) and related? computer applications.
Able to work effectively as a member of an intercultural and interdisciplinary team or independently
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Compile budgets, forecast cash-flow and make financial management reports on monthly basis
Prepare statutory annual reports.
Maintain contact with bankers, investment managers, pension advisors and auditors.
Liaison with auditors and company executives and answer queries on financial based matters.
Propose and discuss on changes and improvements of the company’s current accounting setup.
Analyze company’s cash flow and budget.
Study and prepare financial accounting.
Deal with all aspects of bookkeeping including sales and purchase leader input, reconciliations,
Assist with preparation of the budget.
Implement financial policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain cash controls.
Monitor cash reserves and investment.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Ensure data is entered into the system.
Prepare monthly cash flow record.
Prepare quarterly reports and report on variances.
Maintain the computerized accounting system.
Maintain financial files and records.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed
