Plant Optimisation Delivery Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Leader who will lead a team of professionals delivering productivity improvement to our customers.
In this role, you will coordinate the implementation of Continuous Improvement activities combined with our existing Services Solutions to deliver increased productivity and reduced operational cost at our customers.
This role is a local contract, open to be based in Thailand , Malaysia or Vietnam .
You may be required to travel up to 70% of your time regionally.
What You Will Do
As Plant Optimisation Delivery Manager, you will :
Be responsible for the deployment of Continuous Improvement methodologies within Services Solutions in order to drive Plant optimisation and Customer Business outcomes
Drive the development of Continuous Improvement and Asset Management sales support and delivery capabilities in the cluster
Ensure the Continuous Improvement elements of a Services Solution work seamlessly with the other service elements within a solution delivering on our contractual commitments
Who You Are
We believe you have :
A bachelor’s degree, or higher in Engineering fields or Industrial Engineering
A minimum of 15 to 20 years of working experience. You have a strong people leader experience, managing a diverse team for more than 3 years.
You understand the importance of being tactful in discussions and the ability to motivate people by choosing the appropriate leadership style in a network environment
Strong analytical and inter-personal skills. This position demands a strong drive to set and exceed challenging objectives and goals through the implementation of the Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Knowledge in performance improvement methods such as Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, WCM, would best meet our expectations. If you have specific experience in implementing successful TPM / WCM related programs, you will have a distinct advantage
Accumulated extensive experience dealing with a range of customer issues at management level
Experience in working in either FMCG / pharmaceutical / consulting industry. This will be preferred
Excellent communication in English

Experience in deploying resources rapidly according to priorities, and executes quickly across boundaries
