Main responsibilities :
Conceptually develop new products / services to serve customer need and competitive with market by using customers’ insights in all aspects of their businesses, as well as market and competitor insights.
Thoroughly understand external environment and movement of the industry that may have an impact to SME market landscape which may affect SME performance, and collaborate with SME Customer and Relationship Management team on implementation plan in response to the changes.
Design and develop Service and Relationship model in order to effectively and efficiently serve SME customers to ensure that existing customers will stay longer within TMB .
Develop strategy and strategic plan of new service model to serve SME customer’s need and maintain bank’s competitiveness in market, or be the first bank in market to provide innovative products and services.
Work as a Change Agent Leader’ or Project Leader’ to lead and work with all SME cross-functional teams to translate SME Transformation Strategy and SME New Model into practical action, and ensure that project progress is according to plan.
Ensure that SME new model can provide the best customer experience, utilizing more digital channels, optimizing client acquisition & operating costs, with concrete improvement in major KPIs & customer satisfaction, and is differentiated from traditional models used in the industry.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering and other Engineering disciplines
Experienced in Strategy, Business development and at least 2-3 years of working experience, prior experience in banking industry or from business consulting firms preferably in following roles;
strategic development, product development and / or banking marketing / or digital project will be advantage
