To perform Fund Services activities and operation, i.e. Monitor transaction key-in instructions, and print out report.
To collect and print out document, also distribute to clients for daily CASH, NAV and Valuation report.
To direct and perform the effectiveness and efficient operation of Fund Services process with the
following objectivesMinimize and control risksOptimize utilization of resourcesAdhere to established controls and proceduresMaintain excellent service standards
To perform the day-to-day operational functions of fund services for portfolios with the following objectives : -Adhere to the established controls and proceduresProvide quality client’s services, response to client queries promptlyEnsure accuracy and completeness of client investment records maintenanceEnsure timely delivery of reports to clients within the agreed deadline
To perform clerical jobs as assigned by Section Officers.
To report any problem encountered to the Fund Manager / Assistant Manager for guidance.
To maintain good contact and working relationship with clients while performing daily work.
To ensure compliance and regulatory requirement to protect clients and bank’s interest.

Ensure all transaction input completed in multifonds system and ensure all process comply with DOI and prospectus per fund your owner.
Fully understand the Service Level Agreement (SLA) offered to Customers and giving full support to achieving it.
Build up and maintain good relationship with all internal and
Make effort to continue improving personal product knowledge, to
Acquire multi-products processing skills.
Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level.
Understand the risks associated with Products Processing and
Ensure that they are minimized.
Understand the Banks operational risk standard underlying
Operating process and follow them carefully.
Maintain good team work within the unit and department.
Perform other jobs as assigned by Superior.
Perform as a back up within Settlement and / or assist peers in other Units.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement, department procedure guideline and bank policies in order to protect clients and bank’s interest
To escalate or report all issues / problems to superior immediately.
