Main responsibilities :
Design, develop change procedure in order to complete change in smooth way. Tasks include conduct impact analysis for all levels, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Create actionable deliverables for relevant areas of change : communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Define and measure success metric and monitor change progress
Work with, consult, and support Senior Management to handle change circumstance
Support change management at organization level
Work with Team Head of Wholesale Banking Communication and Engagement and HR team to create comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
Co-ordinate with HR to understand platform and process of organization level of employee engagement and be able to leverage knowledge and understanding to help Senior Management in Wholesale Banking to increase level of employee engagement
Provide and suggest optimal internal communication to Senior Management on critical decision and messages that affect employees
Propose recognition program to increase level of employee engagement
Work with Team Head of Wholesale Banking Communication and Engagement and WBI Team Head to design appropriate coursework on purpose of inspire and increase employee engagement
Record good practice of internal activities result better employee engagement and searching external vendors / program to support level up engagement
Master degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Minimum 5-8 years in banking business or Marketing
Strong knowledge in Change Management
Good communication / interpersonal skills
