Grow through existing channels and customers, as well as seeking new opportunities.
Deliver and exceed revenue and volume targets by focusing on sales drivers (distribution, visibility, pricing, merchandising / promotions etc).
Determine regional short- and long-term route to market strategies to achieve distribution targets by effective, efficient and competitive route to market model.
Enhance sales management policies and processes to ensure implementation of sales development strategies.
Create an environment where trade investment is constantly traded to optimize spending ratio to deliver targets.
Build effective and sustainable partnership with important KA customers and distributors.
Start the cooperation with new retailer’s or new formats.
Negotiate with Retailers to get the best display & assortment.
Help Distributors to negotiate the annual contract with retailers where applicable
Manage the Distributors, Keep all the promotions and display executed. Push the distributors to achieve sales target.
Monitor the Inventory, keep the inventory days reasonable.
Adjust the distributor of the company to improve the distributor’s ROI.
Complete monthly business review and business plan for distributor.
Develop new channel and new sub-distributor to improve the assortment of product.
Undergraduate degree in business / commerce or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience in a Sales leadership role.
Previous experience in FMCG or fresh produce industry.
Good command of English.
