We have a great opportunity for a talented and self-motivated Sector Lead, Financial Services to join NCS. At NCS, we seek to nurture talents in creating and developing innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for the diverse portfolio of accounts under the entire Financial Services (FS) sector in NCS where you will represent NCS as an industry expert and engages key C-suite level executives to chart and drive NCS’ growth strategy in the sector.

As a thought leader in the FS sector, it is of key strategic importance that you strengthen the FC ecosystem and you provide high value-added consultancy services and strategic engagement with key clients to elevate NCS’ brand position in the FS sector.

In addition, align efforts across key clients to grow our market share.

You will lead the team of CSLs in-charge of the various key accounts to manage a profitable FS portfolio, and to achieve a target of double-digit growth in the next 5 years.

It is important that you groom and cultivate a robust talent, focused and deep-rooted, in building the team’s bench strength in the FS domain.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Sales, LOBs, and NEXT, to build and strengthen the FS domain expertise and capabilities.

As a domain expert, you will provide an oversight of existing market practices and the foresight of emerging trends in the FS industry in a proactive manner to both internal and external clients.

The ideal profile should have / be :

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Background in client leading service in financial services domain, and with IT business exposure regionally
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience or ICT Consulting industry with 8 years or more Senior Management experience, focusing on the Financial Services key account Industry
  • Lead and develop long-term relationship with customers during business development and project delivery
  • Deep experience in Professional Services organization setup, especially in working driving client engagements and delivering projects
  • Good knowledge in ISO55001
  • Strong collaboration and teaming experience, and ability to work with both senior leadership as well as operations and working level executives.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast moving organisation with constant transformation to stay market relevant.
