As the Logistic Executive you will be responsible for providing administrative duties, communications and project management support for the Logistics Performance Team.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following :
Co-ordination of the Freight Forwarder and Customs Clearance LSP’s to ensure agreed service levels are being achieved.
Ensure the prompt payment of Invoices relating to Inbound Freight activities and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
Ensure that Inventory is booked in correctly and promptly into the GSK ERP Systems. This is included IDOC monitoring and inventory reconciliation.
Handle repacking activities
Manage inventory transfer between warehouse
Check and verify inventory accuracy
Manage inventory in relation to stock take and write off
Others as assigned by Supply Chain Lead and / or Logistic Manager.
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Bachelor's degree of relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, MBA is a plus
Legally authorized to work in Thailand
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferable in Logistics.
Experience in SAP system
Proficient in MS Excel
Fluent in English skills both writing and speaking
Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
Knowledge of Logistics especially in inbound freight and planning activities.
Ability to work with the LSPs to deliver required service levels.
Systems Knowledge, including SAP system
Experience in operating within a GMP environment and understanding of EHS
