About the Role - You Will
ensure content (copy and imagery) is relevant and unique depending on the channel; schedule and post content (if applicable)Create measurable and innovative marketing campaigns telling the #LifeAtSeagate story across different digital / social media and email marketing platformsAttendinternal, local events to take pictures / video and source copy Craft internal communications for recruitment-related initiatives, new tools and system changesStay up-to-date on current recruiting trends, technologies, competitive landscape, influencers Ensure all communications / assets are in line with Seagate brand, style and philosophyEnhance communications and trainings to best connect with candidates (both internal and external) and recruitersPartner within the Talent Brand team and build relationships with partners within Talent Management, Human Resources, Internal Communications and Marketing to deliverOrganize team informationAssist in other Talent Brand / Recruitment Marketing projects as needed

Your experience includes
Crafting unique messages for differing audiences(internal, external, global, engineers, sales)Working withglobalpartners Assisting in projects, identifying gaps, and noting areas of improvementBachelors orMastersdegreewith major or significant course experience in design, marketing, or communications
