Job Title : Sales Executive / Business Development Manager Desk Based

Location : Shrewsbury

Working Hours : Monday - Friday

Reporting to : BDM Desk Team Leader

  • Key Role Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up on campaigns and referrals closing 20% of all opportunities.
  • Maintain a granular understanding of Radius Connect product portfolio and promote it positively.
  • Develop key relationships with key contacts within the Radius Customer base.
  • Work closely with product specialists and the implementation team on all new customers ensuring journey from prospect to customer is seamless and professional.
  • Develop a granular understanding of the internal sales process.
  • Develop a key internal network of contacts that will be able to support your account base / help resolve issues.
  • Ability to hold and professionally structure internal and external meetings.
  • Provide accurate business reporting as required.
  • Achieve set monthly new business targets.
  • Experience Required :

  • Previous experience working within telecoms is advantageous.
  • Flexibility towards company requirements - some travel may be required.
  • Outbound B2B sales experience in a target driven environment.
  • A positive, committed and 'can-do' approach.
  • Radius Payment Solutions has an in-house recruitment team who are dedicated to sourcing candidates directly and as such we do not accept speculative CV's from agencies.
