Responsibilities : Planning


  • Developing annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets;
  • submits annual plans to the board for approval

  • Collaborates with the President and board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision
  • Involving in Developing and monitoring strategies to ensure the long-term financial viability of the organization
  • Lead the development of the Retail Expansion for Thailand Market
  • Utilize insight information to support the retail development and expansion plan
  • Operational

  • Developing an Operation Strategy and procedure for Retail stores in Thailand
  • Working closely with others stakeholder to ensure that the store operations run smoothly
  • Preparing store operation report to present to the board and senior team member
  • Handling all the P&L of each stores
  • Implementing the strategy to deliver an outstanding in store customer experience and create an engagement with customers
  • Ensure that high standard of Sales Staffs to provide client useful product information as well as providing great customer experience
  • Maintain a good relationship with Retail partner stores.
  • Understand and analyze customer behavior and create the strategy to deliver the best customer experience in store.
  • Financial management

  • Oversees staff in developing annual budgets that support operating plans and submits budgets for board approval
  • Prudently manages the organization's resources within budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations
  • Provides prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep the board appropriately informed of the organization’s financial position
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree holder in Business Administration, oversea graduated is a plus
  • At least 15 years of experience in Retails business with minimum of 8 years’ experience in management level
  • Solid knowledge in Store Operations / Merchandising
  • Experience from Retails, FMCG is a plus
  • Proven track record in managing overall organization
  • Experience in change management
  • Great leadership skills
  • Smart, confident, articulate, independent with a great vision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English
